By using the Medium Articles integration ("Service") provided by Hackatons INC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a Notion integration that allows users to publish and manage Medium articles within their Notion workspace. The Service requires a valid Notion account and authorization to access your workspace.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion account
• You must have the right to access and use any content you process through the Service
• You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. The Service does not claim ownership of any content you process through the integration. Articles and their content remain the property of their respective authors and publishers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hackatons INC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the integration from your Notion workspace.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
